Israeli Researchers Find New Breakthrough Against ALS

ALS, or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, affects about 2 people per 100,000 per year. It affects the brain, neurons, and affects movement. As of today, there are treatments that can slow the progression of the disease. However there is nothing that can reverse it. Yet there is hope. Israeli biotech startup Brainstorm has been working on a new treatment to reverse the disease. The treatment has shown much promise, and it is already in phase three trials. Many people are hopeful that this new treatment will be proven successful, at which point it can get permission to be made available to those who need it. Yet another wonderful medical invention from Israel! Is there any BDSer out there who would boycott this? I think not.
